Note | On offer is a very interesting Jeaniana. It was collected off Kalbarri, the most southernly location for this form. Taken in 80M to 90M the location is directly outside the Jeaniana thalamaga population. You can see some of the thalamaga characteristics in this specimen, relatively long, narrow specimen with a low ventral profile. Also the cream to orange margin colours, characteristic to thalamaga. This specimen is also enhanced with a wonderful blue halo above each margin with beautiful linear spotting on the columellar margin. Graded FINE++ with two moon shaped soft creases each 2cms long, hidden well in the DARK coloured dorsum. Really presents very well and its EXTREME location and characteristics it is a very unique specimen for any serious collection. |
