Note | Previously considered a form of Amoria guttata, but elevated to specific rank by Bail & Limpus in 2009, the current specimen is of rare quality, especially with regards preservation of the ultra-delicate siphonal canal, almost always lost to trawl damage. Well-formed pattern. Protoconch intact. The BEST of the best. A product of the legendary 1980s Queensland trawls, and now obtainable only from choice old collections. Size: 42.7 mm (length).
