Note | Glossy apricot colored shell with the classic two bands of radial dashes. Crabbed shell ROV collected in 215 metres of water west of Lancelin. As can be seen in the photos the shell has a dorsal nacre deflect and a thin rough lip. Even so this is a very hard volute to obtain and the only specimen we have collected for a number of years. |
