Note | A STUNNING and LARGE specimen of this RARE GOLD colour form of Ch. trivialis, only 1.5mm smaller than WRS, but possibly the largest gold coloured specimen ever taken. A wonderful LIVE specimen with intricate frilled varices that are pale in colour compared to the orange main body with dark body swirl nodules. Also exhibiting a perfect pink spire. Intertidal collected in rock ledges, Broome, N.W. Australia. A truly amazing specimen with perfect spire nodules, perfect varices and perfect syphonal canal. At over 55mm it is a rare specimen for this LARGE size and quality. Graded FINE+++ with an attempted borer hole on the underside of the second body swirl. Operculum with shell, inside the beautiful pink aperture. Intertidal collected in rock ledge, Broome, N.W.Australia, September 2018. |
