| Note | Once in thousands!!!! Really hard to get in almst perfect conditions. This species has always absent apex at this size normally. This exemplar is with perfect apex , 3 small pin holes around but still super rare. The rest of the shell is just MUSEUM QUALITY!! Awesome perio , top incredible nodules, curved top lip, original operculum and very shinny white color in the inner lip and base. The best Vasum caestus to presume and unique chance to get it.
Found between big stones with mud about 9m deep. Tenacatita, Jalisco, Mexico. May 2020. Collected by Eduardo Amador Moreno and Alejandro Alvarez Pelayo. Value: 24-36 euro. Good luck!! MEXICO PACIFIC |
