| Note | There is a beautiful tradition in Oaxaca, Mexico which consists of milking the snails Purpura pansa to extract the ink and paint thread to later produce garments with this colour. Hard job in between the strong sun and walking between danger stones. Very expensive ink worldwide. I start to make this in Jalisco state too, where i come from. And this is the result after milking a huge P. pansa. I am so happy to get this result, here for you. (as you can see in picture) Great chance to get this story about our tradition and hard work in situ. Superb Giant exemplar , deep dark colours in the inner lip WOW!! Very thick lip for the species. Superb sculpture and several erosion as usual for this Monster size (see pictures), great original operculum. Found attached on big rocks between waves and sea urchins at low tide.
