| Note | Superb specimen live taken, collected by Rov off Zuytdorp Cliffs zone at near 100 m deep on sponge. This would make the total number of know "gold" Praeclara (named by Ray Walker & Marco Passamonti "Aurora form" in 2021) three specimens. The shell is fully adult and mature, has amazing golden pattern with great orangish base, and perfect extremities. This beauty is not fully gem due an obvious little dorsal growth scar, but is still an exclusive fantastic piece for collection. The other two existing specimens are currently in the collections of famous italian collectors. (O.C.) |
