| Note | This specimen must certainly be one of the 5 most beautiful specimens out of the ten specimens known for this species which is undoubtedly the rarest of its group. Collected freshly dead by a diver in Puebo, east coast of New Caledonia in 3 meters deep. Its bright red color with the extremity of its fingerings in orange yellow colors, makes it a sumptuous specimen which, apart from the tip of the apex which is broken, its general quality remains exceptional. Other photos are available on request. Will find its place in one of the most prestigious collections in the world. It took me 40 years to obtain an armatum, it seems unlikely that I will find another. I only collect cowries, this leaves the chance for another enthusiast to acquire it otherwise this specimen would not be for sale. Don't miss this unique opportunity. |
