| Note | Nice, colorful, fully mature shell from rare location. Perfect lip and canal, no growth lines, nice, rich color. Defect on the lip is fully recovered and overglazed. Protoconch is absent - standard for adult shells. Gem-. Live collected from 150 meters by fishing boat in South Australia nearby Perforated Island, Koffin bay, 2005. L. nodiplicata from South Australia are more rare and their size is much smaller comparing with shells from Western Australia. I am selling a few top shells from my collection to support my escape out of the War. |
