| Note | A truly beautiful and unique specimen of ketyana hypermarginata. An extremely heavy specimen for its size, a wonderful high dorsum and an amazing convex base lifting the shells base edge off the table. The dorsum exhibits fine peppered spotting over a soft maleated dorsum. It most UNIQUE feature is the amazing contrast in colour of the two sides of the base. The labral side is frosted, like you would see on the margins of other zoila sopecies. I have never seen this feature and such a contrast in base colours before. Truly a specimen that presents wonderfully well. Really cannot fault this specimen. A TRULY ONE OF A KIND SPECIMEN. Diver collected on geodia lump in 42M, off Bernier Island, Carnarvon, N.W.
