| Note | Classic example of friendii also know as the "insulata' subspecies. Strongly glazed nacre and elongate shape. Some gondola is going on. The specimen was Scuba diver collected at 10 meters in the 90's off Munglinup, Western Australia. There is a growth fold on the anterior dorsal ramp (arrow), columellar side. Perfect extremities and base. Grade: F+++. |
