NoteSpectacular and hyper-inflated extra large golden beauty from southern Australia. These specimens are rarely collected today after Australian restrictions were imposed beginning with the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999. Trawled at 140-150 meters on sand and rubble bottom in the Great Australian Bight, Ceduna, South Australia in 2000. A few minor subnacre blemishes and insignificant growth creases. Grade: GEM minus.
