| Note | Heavy inflated "westralica" specimen with striking honey/amber brown and orange colored dorsal blotch. This beautiful specimen achieves great morphological symmetry and displays a distinctive spotted dorsal line on the labral dorsum as seen in the photograph. The anterior and posterior dorsal extremities showing flesh colored tones with superb balance of pattern and coloring. The armeniaca has perfect siphons and channels with soft peach hues embracing the base. Trawled off Esperance, Great Australian Bight, south Western Australia on sandy/muddy substrate at 160 meters. Grade: GEM. |
