| Note | SP 046 - Chama brassica Reeve, 1847 ***IN REALITY A RARE SPECIES!*** THESE WERE FOUND IN THE OLD BOXES FROM MY FATHER'S OLD COLLECTION ONLY!., THE BEST OF THE BEST FOR THEIR COLOURS, SPINES & FORMS, each one had been selected from hundreds if not a thousand !! Found from back in the late 90's! 48.40 mm (approximate size measured at maximum dimension across the shell & attachments if there are...), shells are F++ in general, please see photos, collected by local divers offshore at 15 - 20 meters deep off Racha & Maiton Is., Thailand, Andaman Sea.
