| Note | This is a fairly nice specimen of this uncommon Yucatan endemic, with a really beautiful dark color. Overall condition is nice, it only has a small chip at the end of the siphonal canal, and some very hard to notice micro chips on the lip, which are typical for this delicate species, all shown in the pics.
This shell was said to be live taken by the fisherman who sold it to us, but I think it may have been a dead find, in which case, it would be a great dead find.
This shell was found by a lobster diver, in a muddy terrain, while diving at 10m deep, 15 miles off the Celestún Harbor. Collected back in April of 2023.
