| Note | This shell is one of the most beautiful specimens of M. cervus I have handled, it has many dots, and all of them are very well-defined and have bright coloring. It has a beautiful classic brown background color. The siphonal canal is in perfect condition. It has virtually no flaws, just the typical growth marks that this species usually always has, which are shown in the pictures.
This shell was collected by a local fisherman, in a rocky terrain, while diving at 13m deep, 25 miles off the Celestún Harbor. Found back in April of 2023.
