| Note | This specimen has a beautiful shade of brown that’s a little darker than the typical shade of this species, both in the dorsum and aperture sides. It has a high density of white dots. The white dots in this shell come in a lighter shade of white. The siphonal canal is in perfect condition. The shell overall is in great condition, with only a few growth marks in the body whorl, which are usually always present in specimens of this species, all shown in the pictures.
This shell was collected by a local fisherman, in a rocky terrain, while diving at 13m deep, 25 miles off the Celestún Harbor. Found back in April of 2023.
