The murex exhibits perfect flutted spines, elegant short varices, notable color banding, flawless apex and an extended and radically curved siphonal canal. A standout among many collected. Captured with tangle net by local fisherman at 150 meters in 1986 off Aliguay Island, Mindanao, Philippines. Acquired from old collection. Grade: GEM. |
