| Note | Remarkable thick porcelain-like hyper-calloused margins and a high weight/size ratio underscore this amazing ovate and humped gibba subspecies. Notable reticulated pattern, mild tuberculation, lateral wall spotting, flawless extremities and base characterize this arabica. This is a superior collectors specimen. The exceptionally thick calloused margins truly make this gibba a "fatso." Taken by local diver (fisherman) at 1-2 meters in rock crevice at Koh Lohr Island, Phuket, Thailand in 12/2015. Grade: GEM minus. |
