Desirable and attractive representative of the highly sought after venusta subspecies. A true beauty with a solid weight/size ratio. Harvested while feeding on a sponge between two bolders at 24-50 meters off Albany, Western Australia in 2003. NOTE: Shell glows apple red under fluorescent (black) lighting, rare for venustas. Grade: GEM. |
