| Note | MUSEUM PIECE !!!! DARK PATTERN AND MULTIPLE SCALED SPINES WOOOOW!! The most dark spot colors and with extra multiple and micro scales I have ever seen!!! This is a unique opportunity to get the most spiny , curved, and dark color Phyllonotus regius I have ever collected in Barra de Navidad. The most impessive apart of the spines is the pattern and multiple scales sculpture, Just incredible and so elegant. All row of spines are carefully decorated with multiple spines between. The perfection of the spire with the spines and intact apex are just amazing. The ventral side is coming with a shiny base combined with deep pink color and black huge spot. Spiny masterpiece from my private collection!!! Specimens from Mexico can be smaller than Centro and South America reaching 190mm. The Population in Barra de Navidad are much smaller, but fully adult. Specimens are not bigger than 130mm. This specimen is 123mm and this size for the population is extremely big. Thick lip in every row of spines, superb incredible long spines, intact spire with all spines, beautiful deep pink color and so nice lip with multiple spines all around. The best of the best for the species. Museum piece-Gem. For advancer collectors. Found attached between and under big stones with mud about 9-12m deep. Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, Mexico.
