This is the original form of a Purpura columellaris, with a very high body, very granular with bands and a small aperture accompanied by a very thick lip. Great beautiful. GEM. Found attached to the lava rocks at extremely low tide between caves. Punta Melaque, Jalisco, Mexico. February 2020. Value: 34-43 euro or more. MEXICO PACIFIC. |
