| Note | RARE!!!GREEN-BROWN SPECIAL COLOR WOOW!!! About 48mm high 68.5mm wide. Incredible size and extra WIDE FORM!!! Crazy deep Green WOOOW!! Unique opportunity to get this unique rare species. The single most striking feature is a brilliant spot of reddish-orange at the base of the umbilical pit which is bordered by a dark brown to black outer edge. And this case is orange with black ring WOOOW!!!. I was looking this species for years!! I know there are some population in north of Mexico and south in Oaxaca but between, it could be the only existing population. In fact the population is only living between 50 square meters in a rocky beach, very small place, between 1 and 1.5m deep. I was so lucky to find them only because I found one fresh dead 10 year ago. So I was sure they are somewhere there. Seldom seen in collections and for sure not in the market usually with so fresh and strong GREEN colours, awesome sculpture very clear and detailed and the most impressive is the GREEN background and dark spots colors all around. For serious collector and lovers of especial and rare species. Some light erosion on apex at usual and Grow marks of life lost in the pattern as usual for this large specimen. Not detracting the beauty of this fresh seldom seen species in Mexico. F+++. Found attached on big stones about 1 to 1.5m deep Playa el Tecuan, Jalisco, Mexico. November 2023.
