| Note | Here we have a really BEAUTIFUL example of a hard to acquire shell. A great dark brown shell with purple patches breaking up the pattern. At well over 75mm it's approaching the maximum size for the species and always hard to find in decent quality at this size. F++/F+++ with a healed line on the anterior end and just the natural growth lines on the shell that this species always has. Taken by diver on reef top in weedy reef bottom near sand edge at 16m.
