FORMOSA GOLD. Shells such as the Angaria offered here are new to science and unsurpassed in their colouring: golden-yellow spines, carmine-pink body with white shades here and there. The spines are spatulate and broaden towards the ends. Much better than Reeve's Formosa with the 'suspicion of yellow'. The GOLD is stunning, amazing and fantastic. It is one of the most important discoveries of the last ten years in the Philippines in the field of shells. The GOLDS were dived in Siargao, at a depth of 12 metres, on a bottom of sand and rocks. A form of open ocean. Only 14 pieces were collected in total. The area cannot be used commercially and is difficult for divers to access. Super rare and no more new material.
