| Note | Beautiful cone with the classic mid-axial body whorl band featuring complex geometric threads/patch shapes complemented with axial revolving micro-dot spiral patterns circumnavigating the body whorl. The shell shows a perfect natural lip. Live collected by Scuba diver at night at 10-12 meters on dark sand/scattered grass bottom off Rapid Point, Union Island, Grenadines. The rare specimen shows a growth transition line evident on the dorsal body whorl just above the lip. The shell also presents with two minor growth/transition folds ventrally and dorsally. Grade: F+++/GEM. NOTE: Shipments for current auction will commence July 8th. |
