Note | A distinctive dorsal blotch with a unique quasi/question mark shaped design on the posterior ramp makes this specimen a "one of a kind" Austrasiatica. The shell is characterized by moderately rostrated extremities. The interesting specimen is moderately inflated, demonstrates flawless extremities and shows excellent dorsum nacre gloss. Trawled off Taiwan in the East China Sea at 120-140 meters in 10/2010. The specimen has minor dull area (water spot), present on the posterior labral base. Grade: GEM minus. NOTE: Shipments for current auction will commence July 8th. |
