| Note | A FINE SET FROM THE COLLECTION OF A BELGIAN GENTLEMAN. From the collection of Arne Ghijs in Belgium, a well-known scallop expert, comes this fine set of Semipallium dianae from Okinawa in three color varieties. There is no more supply for the Okinawa dianae, a classic find for this species during the decade of 1980.
Orange = 39.7 mm, Yellow = 32.3 mm, Purple = 36.1 mm.
Japan. Okinawa. Off Seri Gaki. 26°30.6’N - 127°52.1’E. Attached to underside of rocks in 90-110 feet. April 1987.
