| Note | One interesting specimen of Trochita trochiformis. These snails live on rocks and over the shells of other snail species. They usually have very ugly shells like the specimen presented here, but the aperture is quite interesting, having a dark color and an almost perfect septum, which is often broken.
A low price for an interesting species. It can be cleaned further as it was only lightly cleaned with brushes and soap. |
