| Note | Super heavy specimen with excellent coloring, perfect extremities, base and aperture teeth. The shell show thick calloused margins, high weight/size ratio and flawless base. Super glossy dorsum with a distinct display of four transverse bands.The specimen was collected by free diver under a dead coral slab at 2-3 meters in Samar, Philippines in the 1990s. The specimen shows a mild/small subnacre delamination on the anterior extremity, labral side. Grade: GEM minus. |
