| Note | Regal and rare specimen with a white high spire and long siphonal canal. The specimen exhibits delicate spines with a light tan body color and muted/longitudinal peach body markings. The aperture is porcelain white with the body whorl displaying flattened radial cords. Excellent specimen for the specialist collector. Chipping on the anterior siphonal canal with roughness/chipping associated with a thin lip and a few spines. Taken by shrimp trawler at 130 meters in 2018 off Wagner Basin, Sea of Cortez, Mexico. Grade: F++/F+++. |
