| Note | This incredible GIANT – the LARGEST specimen of the JES Collection – is of exemplary quality for this extremely rare size. Collected over half a century ago, from a rare locality, it has been meticulously curated ever since. Rich earth tones, with superb pattern. Specimens of such monumental size have not been collected for decades, and are now obtainable only from choice old collections, upon the rare occasions when released. The locality is now fully protected by the Lizard Island National Park. A ‘museum piece’ of conchology, and a rare opportunity for a dedicated collector of giant sized shells. NOTE: This giant requires substantial packing for safe transit, but I will round down the postage to 100 EUR to anywhere in the world. Please factor this cost when bidding.
