| Note | ARCIDAE - Anadara formosa Sowerby, 1833. RARE SPECIES!! Giant size WOOOW with 76.5mm - Very hard to get this long form species in any conditions. This is my last piece to offer from my Germany collection with original periostracum long hair. For advancer collectors, do not miss this unique opportunity, absent in many collections. Super conditions for the species and giant size. Incredible sculpture and multiple radial ribs combined with extra large exquisite periostracum hair, massive, thick and heavy, for serious collectors. Hard species to get nowadays in my region. The lip is just stunning with multiple teeth all around with perfect distribution. Some worm track and grow marks as usual for this giant size, but this is better than Average. F++. Found buried in mud between stones about 5m deep. Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, Mexico. February 2020.
