| Note | F+++. EXTREME PLEUROTOMARID BEAUTY IN THE YOUNG RUMPHII. In incredibly beautiful condition, with incredible coloration for the size. Caught in the 250 zone of Balut Island, the Eldorado of Pleurotomaria on the planet. The quality of this shell is good+++, but it looks like a gem, there are two very small growth lines on the edge, but they do not detract from the beauty of the piece. One is in the photo here, barely visible, another is even much smaller on the edge of the underside, otherwise the classic small chips on the outer lip, but the slit is absolutely perfect. With operculum. The color is stabilized. This is the refined elegant yellow form of Balut, has nothing to do with the much rougher pieces from the South China Sea.
