NoteTerrific volute with perfectly symmetrical longitudinal ribs and grooves. The specimen has consistent spiraling lines, longitudinal criss-crossing thick brown/black stripes and a hyper-glazed aperture. Exceptional specimen with a deep subsutural channel. Taiwan vessel trawled in the South China sea 80-120 meters in 2002. The shell displays some moderate palpable roughness of the anterior lip and notch. Grade: F+++.
