| Note | Sleek specimen with phenomenal black lateral walls, beautifully patterned dorsum with a notable blue/grey dorsum primary hue. The shell is wide laterally, has a pitch black/brown base framed in egg-shell white and moderate to intense tuberculation of the anterior and posterior margins. One unique white/creme colored patch pops-out visually off the posterior columellar extremity. The shell displays notable rostration, phenomenal dark and wondrous spotting/integrated with maculae dorsally. Flawless base, excellent nacre gloss and seamless extremities. Taken by Scuba diver Callum Edinger off Starvation Bay, Western Australia in 1/2024 while dining on a Chondrilla sponge at 14 meters. Original hand written data slip from Callum included. The shell displays two growth folds on the posterior ramp, one extending to the anterior ramp. Grade: F+++. |
