and great size. I was looking this species for years!! I know there are some population in north of Mexico and south in Oaxaca but between, it could be the only existing population. In fact the population is only living between 50 square meters in a rocky beach, very small place, between 1 and 1.5m deep. I was so lucky to find them only because I found one fresh dead 12 years ago. So I was sure they are somewhere there. Seldom seen in collections and for sure in the market with so fresh colors, awesome sculpture and red ventral brilliant spot of reddish-orange at the base of the umbilical pit which is bordered by a dark brown to black outer edge. For serious collectors and lovers of especial and rare species. Some natural defects like light erosion around spire, apex absent and scars of life, not detracting the beauty of this fresh seldom seen species in Mexico. F++-+. Found attached on big stones about 1 to 1.5m deep Playa el Tecuan, Jalisco, Mexico. December 2023. Value for Giant this rarity: 80-86 euro. ATTENTION!!!
