NoteI believe that less than ten specimens of this species are known. The specimen offered is a crabbed shell we collected from 229 metres of water west of Coral Bay during April 2024. It is a juvenile with a thin lip but has gloss and the characteristic radial bands of regularly spaced black marks can be see. MEGA RARE VOLUTE!!!
