| Family | OTHER |
| Name | Siphonaria lessonii , Blainville, 1827 |
| Size | 15.8 and 12.9 mm |
| Locality | Caldera, northern Chile |
| Note | Two nice specimens of Siphonaria lessonii. This is a pulmonate marine limpet which lives in the upper part of the intertidal zone. It appears that it has some variation in their shells or that they represent a few cryptic species. The lot consists of two very nice specimens collected fresh dead among algae rubble in a beach in northern Chile. A low price for an interesting species from the SE Pacific Ocean. |
