Note

Attractive pelecypod collected at low tide on sand flats at Denham in Shark Bay, Western Australia. Mostly white but sometimes mauve with lovely brown or black zigzag markings. Umbium can be white or brown. This set has been selected to show the colour variation we see in the species.
