Here we have a lovely recently collected example of the A. reevei from the deepwater population off Rottnest Island. Lovely fresh shell with pale brown/grey dorsum and PINK TIPS is a classic example of this hard to acquire sub-species. Great condition for this DEAD COLLECTED shell with just the typical soft lines on the dorsum and a tiny bora hole next to the spire on the posterior end but full gloss and presents like a live shell. Found dead in sand hole in the cave floor at 24m. North of Rottnest Island, W.A. November 2024 *White marks are from camera reflection. Please ask about additional images*
