Zoila jeaniana walkeri - TWO TONE GOLD BASE !!! , Hiscock, M., 2012
Size
63.8 mm
Locality
False Entrance, WA
Note
Stunning golden jeaniana collected from 110 metres of water west of False Entrance off Shark Bay. Found on a geodia sponge in the company of typical shells.
Classic golden blotches on a cream dorsum with a vibrant orange base and cloudy apricot margins with gold spots and strong gold siphon trim.
A rare beauty graded Fine++/Fine+++ due to a small well re-glazed & healed tooth scrape on top of the shells dorsum and a tiny shallow posterior siphon nacre chip. Absolute magic two tone gold base !!!
