Exceptional quality for such large size, including preservation of the ultra-delicate apex - very important for the connoisseur. None of the oft-seen heavy lines of late growth which detract from the majority of ultra-large specimens. Ultra-rich colour, immaculately curated, and now completely stable, if maintained under careful curation. Most important of all, a spectacular pattern, of the highest aesthetic merit, formed with rare regularity and clarity. A truly magnificent seashell when seen like this.
