| Note | Splendid specimen with dramatic subdued beige coloring of the base and sharp dorsal patterning. The shell displays excellent nacre gloss, perfect extremities and porcelain-like accentuated margins. Beautiful and definitive dorsal line. Solid inflated mappa with a moderate weight/size ratio (66.7g). Collected off Zamboanga, Sulu Sea, Philippines at 10-12 meters by compressor diver in 2012. No significant subnacre blemishes are observable. Grade: GEM. |
