Note | Hyper-pigmented specimen with a distinctive and balanced dorsal maculae and blotches. Dark and attractive, standout example of this west Australian coast Zoila. Dark brown toned lateral walls, perfect extremities and base complement this particular specimen. The glazed white subnacre spot on the posterior columellar base is not considered a defect. Sourced and collected by Pearl Divers at 12-15 meters in the 80's. The shell was located off Mangroove Point, Broome, north Western Australia. Grade: GEM. |
