| Note | Outstanding specimen, with a perfect nacre and large range of clear compacted white spotting on both lateral walls and dorsum. The spots are tightly arranged and bright white on the labial lateral wall and more dispersed on the dorsum and columellar lateral wall. The shell features a perfect wide lateral line, flawless extremities, dorsum and base. Perfect presentation of shape, form and color. Captured by Scuba diver at 15-18 meters on a cave wall off northeast Yucatán, Mexico in 2023. There is visible a glazed subnacre scratch on the mid-columellar lateral wall. Grade: F+++/GEM. |
