| Note | Rare striped specimen with strong color and has remarkable appeal visually. Impressive and lovely expansive spreading wings on the moderately large trigonal body. The sweeping wings exhibit exaggerated flutes and channels and the eye-catching color bands add exponentially to the aesthetic impact. The shell exudes beautiful hazelnut brown, dark brown contrasted by antique white bands giving a memorable visual impact. The shell was captured by Scuba diver at 10-20 meters off Busan, South Korea in 2014. The shell shows minor wear on the dorsal and trailing varix edges, erosion of the protoconch and mini-chipping of the siphonal canal terminus. Grade: F++/F+++. |
