NoteOne nice live-collected specimen of Fissurella peruviana from its southern distribution at central Chile. This species was collected as bycatch by fishermen looking for the mussel Aulacomya atra, and cleaned but with a natural dorsum. A low initial price for an interesting limpet from Chile, the smallest Fissurella species found in the area.
