Extra spiny all around with intact spire and perfect apex. Extremely thick lip and fully adult. Massive , thick, robust an fat. Large size for the population!! This is the original form of a Purpura columellaris, with a very high body, very granular axial bands and a small aperture accompanied by a very thick lip. Great beautiful. F+++. Some light erosion almost lost and not detracting the beauty. Found attached to the lava rocks at extremely low tide between caves. Punta Melaque, Jalisco, Mexico. December 2024.
