Note

A beautiful array of colours, bands and white drapes characterise these two magnificent cones from the Andaman Sea. The combination of shape, colour balance and quality is hard to match. The shells were collected by trawler from 100-120 metres off the Mergui Islands, Myanmar in 2015. The specimens have a perfect apex, spire and body whorl with minor and insignificant imperfections. Grade: F+++/GEM
